Testimonial Girl Guiding

The 15th Ainsdale Brownies recently enjoyed a session led by Georgia.
The evening commenced with a demonstration about how powerful our thoughts are using apples, an easy to understand yet powerful explanation teaching the girls to not only be kind to others but also themselves.

The girls then made some gratitude stones or ‘positive pebbles’ which they can then use to remember happy memories whenever they see their stones.

To help the girls find a thought that is always available to make them smile they wrote out their treasure chest memory for example “On the beach in Spain, with mummy, daddy and Thomas building sandcastles, it was hot and the water was warm”.

The relaxation session at the end with blankets and eye masks was very calming for the girls.
I can definitely recommend Georgia to lead sessions for uniformed groups.
