I work with charities, organisations and groups by delivering public speaking and workshops that focus on improving motivation, wellbeing and self-confidence.
Working with organisations such as Living Well Sefton, Brighter Living Partnership and Autism Initiatives is incredibly rewarding, and provides a wider platform on which to promote the benefits of solution focused techniques for looking after our mental health.
My talks are relaxed and informative. I encourage interaction from the audience to instigate discussion and debate, but no-one is under pressure to divulge any personal information or experiences.
Keen to extend the reach of the kind of help I am able to provide in my practice, I am also a Sponsor at Waterloo Rugby Club and a Local Champion for the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
