The Life of Riley Talks and Workshops

I work with charities, organisations and groups by delivering public speaking and workshops that focus on improving motivation, wellbeing and self-confidence.

Working with organisations such as Living Well Sefton, Brighter Living Partnership and Autism Initiatives is incredibly rewarding, and provides a wider platform on which to promote the benefits of solution focused techniques for looking after our mental health.

My talks are relaxed and informative. I encourage interaction from the audience to instigate discussion and debate, but no-one is under pressure to divulge any personal information or experiences.

Keen to extend the reach of the kind of help I am able to provide in my practice, I am also a Sponsor at Waterloo Rugby Club and a Local Champion for the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).

What Next?

If you would like more information about my work and my practice, please contact me on 01704 601010 or at Email me. We can have a relaxed, no-obligation chat during which I will confirm if I can be of help.
