A phobia is an extreme fear which produces an irrational reaction to the level of threat posed by the situation or object that triggered it. A phobia can be learned from a parent or instigated by a bad experience. It can cause anxiety, lack of confidence and additional irrational behaviour which all have a significant impact on dealing with social situations.

Phobias are created by negative templates within the subconscious mind. My techniques replace them with positive responses to the focus of the phobia.
