Maintaining or improving performance in sport, education or at work can place a great deal of pressure on your resilience, confidence and self-worth. Our relationship with performance can be very fragile and any dip in performance can be seen as a huge failure and have a knock-on effect on our general wellbeing. Poor performance can be the result of underlying psychological issues.
