It is estimated that in the UK there are over 2 million people fighting an addiction. The addictive chemical properties of, for example, smoking or alcohol are only a small part of the problem. It is the subconscious desire for that cigarette or drink that drives the addiction, despite the negative consequences of engaging with it.
How I can help
Many studies have shown that hypnotherapy is the best way to stop an addiction. In one session I focus on your subconscious, the part of the brain that creates and relies on habits. You will leave with the knowledge and understanding to remain free from an addiction for life. You may be sceptical about being able to quit, but you must “want” to quit and be committed to making this life changing decision for the session to work.
