  1. I operate a busy practise. As a result, if you must cancel your appointment, please give at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancelled or missed appointments with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged at 50% of the agreed fee.
  2. Please ensure you are on time for your appointment. It is likely that there will be an appointment booked immediately after yours so any lateness will reduce the time available for your session.
  3. I am a member of the AfSFH, the NCH and the CNHC and as a result adhere to their codes of conduct.
