The Life of Riley Hypnotherapy

A busy hypnotherapy practice based in Southport, Merseyside, led by 'Solution Focused' Hypnotherapist & Modern Psychotherapist - Georgia Riley.

Important Information

Due to the current COVID-19 advice, the clinic is now operating remotely via telephone and video call.

We are still business as usual and our support is still fully available and very easy to access. Nothing changes within our therapy sessions other than being in the comfort of your own home.

Please contact me on 01704 601010 or 07432 154 586 to book your appointment. If I am unavailable to answer please leave a message and I will get back to you at my soonest convenience.

I hope everyone stays safe, listens to government advice and we will come out of this together.

Best wishes to you all,

Hypnotherapy Southport for one to one support

One : One Support

I work with clients to deal with anxiety, lack of self-worth, irregular sleep patterns and various psychological conditions by changing negative thought patterns to positive, whilst gradually developing confidence, positivity, a sense of calm, and that feeling of being in control again.

Events & Groups

Working with groups of people with a shared focus such as anxiety, we explore how they can make significant changes for themselves. Through discussion, debate and therapy techniques, we work together to create a safe environment for personal expression and empathy with others.

Businesses are increasingly recognising the benefits of solution focussed therapy for staff development and improving performance. I work with companies through workshops, one-to-one sessions or through inspirational talks as a guest speaker as part of the HR and training programme.

Hypnotherapy for education in Southport

The education sector is a hotbed of anxiety. Pupils are under immense pressure as they navigate their way through SATs, GCSEs and A Levels under the guidance of equally pressurised teachers. I conduct sessions in schools to help pupils and teachers combat exam stress and social anxiety.

Public Speaking and Workshops

Being invited by charities and community groups to deliver talks and workshops is a hugely rewarding part of my work with The Life of Riley. Working with vulnerable people struggling with anxiety or social challenges, I provide coping mechanisms that encourage confidence and self-worth.

Do you regularly ask yourself any of the following questions?

You're not alone. My sessions are proven to help achieve a positive outlook and turn these questions into confident personal beliefs.

Why can’t I sleep?

My stresses just melt away

Why is my anxiety worse in the morning?

I have full control of my thoughts

How can I build my confidence and self-esteem?

I am worth my weight in gold

Why do I worry so much?

I feel in control of my life

How can I stop overthinking?

I can now think clearly

Why do I keep waking up at night?

I sleep comfortably all night

How can I break a habit?

I am a non smoker

Why do I doubt myself?

I can and I will achieve my goals

Why can’t I be happy?

I am happy and proud of me

Focusing on solutions, not problems, to create change!

I work with adults, children, the education sector and businesses either on a one-to-one basis or in groups.
